Returns and Exchange Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will
gladly accept returns within 30 days from purchase. Returned items must
be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with tags attached,
unopened and unused to assure full credit. We will not accept any item
for return or exchange, which bears an indication that it was worn,
opened or used. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any
merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements. All sales
are final after 30 days from the purchase date.
Prior to return/exchange, you will need to contact us at (954) 393-1921 or kd@shula.com. Once the authorization has been issued, customers have 10 days to ship merchandise.
Shipping charges will apply to shipments of returned/exchanged orders
and will be billed to the original method of payment. Please note that
shipping costs will not be subject to refund.
In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective, we
will replace it at no charge. Shula's Steak Houses, LLLP will not assume
responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that
return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
