24 oz. Porterhouse:

On a shortloin, only two premium most center cuts can be accepted and qualify for The SHULA CUT®

16 oz. NY Strip:

Each striploin yields only the best five premium center cuts that qualify for The SHULA CUT®.
12 oz. Filet Mignon:

Only the two premium most center cuts are accepted from the entire tenderloin and qualify for The SHULA CUT®.

FOOD SAFETY:
Our SHULA CUT steaks can be refrigerated until the "freeze by" date, at which time they will need to be consumed or frozen. If original individual Cryovac® is unopened, our SHULA CUT steaks can stay frozen for up to 6 months. To thaw meat safely, take out of freezer and place in refrigerator. Place in a plastic bag, pan or dish to prevent juices from dripping onto other foods. A one inch (1") steak will thaw in approximately 12-14 hours. Never defrost meat on the kitchen counter or in warm water. Bacteria can multiply rapidly at temperatures of 40-140 degrees Fahrenheit.

DELIVERY:
Our products are shipped 2nd day FedEx on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. To ensure freshness, all orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday for Wednesday delivery. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. (EST) will ship the following business day. Overnight deliveries are available upon request. Sorry, no deliveries to P.O. Boxes or outside the continental US. No signature required for delivery.
