Our steak products are shipped 2nd day FedEx on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. To ensure freshness, all orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday for Wednesday delivery. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. (EST) will ship the following business day. Overnight deliveries are available upon request. Sorry, no deliveries to P.O. Boxes or outside the continental US. No signature required for delivery.

We ship non-steak products via UPS and offer four different shipping methods to choose from: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Air and Ground. When your item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information showing the status of your order. All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (EST), not including holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. (EST) will be shipped on the next business day.
