Portland Steak House

Coach Don Shula has always been a fan of great steaks!

After his "Perfect Season" as head coach of the 1972 undefeated Miami Dolphins, he had plenty of steak dinners, but never came away a raving fan. Shula`s personal search for a great steak led him to create his own steak house.

Shula partnered with the Graham Family, Angus cattle pioneers, whose experience and expertise in breeding cattle guided them to Premium Black Angus Beef®. The Graham Family owns cattle specifically bred and fed to yield well marbled, flavorful, tender beef. To have the best steaks, you must start with the best cattle. Shula`s Steak Houses, LLLP is a proud member of the National Cattlemen`s Beef Association, the American Angus Association and winner of the Beefbacker Award, 2006.
